The villa is a spacious 3 bedroom home with good size grounds which are enclosed and gated, a private pool for cooling off, none of which are overlooked. The main bedroom is a good size with built in wardrobes & ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Bedroom 3 is smaller with 3ft bunk beds. The living area is open plan with a large open fire place for cosy winters and air con for warm summers, we have satellite TV with over 20 English Channels, music system. The kitchen has all the mod cons needed for a relaxing holiday. The outside area is very large and all on one level, plenty of sunbathing areas, shaded areas and eating areas. The views from the rear of the villa are fabulous overlooking open valleys for miles. The villa is set in a central location where there are plenty of bars and restaurants which are open all year, but still quiet and relaxing. A local market on Sunday mornings. There are lots eating places to choose from very reasonable prices to good special occasion prices. We have the rio seco which is a dryed up river bed great to explore, heading down the costal roads you will find several excellent beaches stretching from El Mojon to Mil Palmeras. Torre de la Horadada also has a beautiful Marina. The salt lakes at the nearby coast of San Pedro have all round flamingos and other exotic birds. There are 5 golf courses within 20 - 30 mins away, Campoamar, Villamartin, La Finca, Las Ramblas, Altorreal (near Murcia) Including the world famous La Manga Golf & Country Club 45 mins, A new golf course is now under construction at Campoverde which is 3 mins down the road, due to open soon!! Campoverde has two large public swimming pools, tennis courts, an all round ideal holiday destination. Summary, the Property: Comfort: No maid/cleaning service. However does have, air conditioning, room fans, high chair and cot available, hair dryer. Electricals: Cable/satellite TV, music stereo. Cooking and laundry: Cooker (oven/hob), microwave, refrigerator, barbecue area, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and board. No smoking inside villa. No pets.
