TThis first floor 2 bed apartment is set in the established area of Dream Hills, located 10 mins drive from Torrevieja and easily accessible from both Alicante (40 mins) and Murcia (30 mins) airports.

The property consists of 2 twin bedrooms, kitchen, living/dinning area, bathroom, balcony and roof solarium (with views over the salt lakes).

The property has a flight of stairs, approx 16 steps to take you up to the front door.

On entering the property you have the living/dining area containing hot/cold air conditioning unit, 2 two seater sofas, coffee table, extendable folding dining table with 4 chairs, sideboard, ceiling fan light, 20" TV with satellite English and Spanish channels and DVD player with a number of interactive DVD games. Sliding patio door leading out onto the balcony.

There is a door on the right-hand side which takes you in to the fully tiled kitchen, where you will find electric kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, electric hob/oven, washing machine, water heater sink, crockey, cutlery, glass wear and cooking utensils.

At the rear of the living room you have an archway which leads to the bathroom and two bedrooms. The bathroom contains a wash basin, mirror, wc, bidet, bath with over the bath shower and shower curtain.

The main bedroom contains two single beds, two bedside tables with lamps, hot/cold air conditioning unit, ceiling fan light, fitted wardrobes with safe, wall mounted mirror.

A travel cot/play-pen is available for use (own bedding will be required).

Second bedroom has two single beds, one bedside table, oil filled electric radiator, ceiling fan light, fitted wardrobe, iron and ironing board.

The roof solarium which is accessible from the balcony via stairs, has four sunbeds with cushions, two sun parasols, shower and table/chairs.

A welcome pack is supplied consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, fruit juice, bread, butter and jam.

There are two communal pools which are a short two minute walk from the apartment (entry is by swipe card), children’s playground with slide, swings etc.

Rental period are from any day of the week (subject to availability).

The property is cleaned prior to your arrival, bed linen and towels provided (excluding beach towels).

You are a short walk away from Via Park 5 with Indian, Chinese, Fish and Chip restaurants along with others, small English supermarket and bars offering entertainment into the small hours of the morning.

Via Park 3 is about 5-10 minute walk from Via Park 5, this complex also as a host of bars, restaurants and a small Quicksave supermarket. There is also the Post Room which has internet access. On this same road you will find a large Consum supermarket which offers a home delivery service. Taxis are available outside the store.

The nearest beach is located at Punta Prima is about a 35 min walk away (5-10 minute by car).

Golf courses are approx 10-15 min drive away. There are four courses: Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, and La Finca (at Algorfa).

There are several beaches within a 5-15 minute drive of the apartment: La Mata, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

The town of Torrevieja is about 10 minute drive away. The area as a water park Aquopolis which opens between May-September, Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.

Jet skiing (summer only) at Campoamor. Horse riding, go carting on the N332 near Playa Flamenca, All within a 10 minute drive.

A car would be recommended, but not essential.

An airport pickup service or car hire can be arranged on your behalf.

There is a bus service to Torrevieja, bus stops are located outside the Consum supermarket and on the CV95. During July & August there is a bus which takes you to the local beaches.

Additional Information:

A 30% non refundable deposit is required to secure booking.

A refundable damage/key loss deposit of £150 will be require with the final balance and will be return at the end of your holiday subject to no damage, key loss or excess cleaning been required.

If arriving between 2300hrs-0800hrs a late arrival charge for been met at the property by the key holder is applicable.

The balance is due 6 weeks before departure. Prices below are for 7 nights.

Discount also available for long lets 4 weeks or more.
