This south-east facing 2 bedroom property is situated in the same row as the communal pool, 4 properties away, and has a large rooftop solarium with sea view.

Walk in through the gate and you have the garden area which has been laid to patio, to the side you have the driveway. Before entering the property you have a shaded porch area with patio table and 4 chairs.

Through the front door you have the hot/cold air-conditioned living/dining room which comprises 3 seater sofa, rocking chair, wooden coffee table, wall unit, sideboard, 2 side tables, 2 table lamps, pictures, large mirror, ceiling fan light, dining table and 4 chairs. The window, with curtains, looks out onto the front of the property. For entertainment there is a television with English TV channels. The TV has DVD player and CD player built into it (combination TV). Please bring your own DVD's and CD's.

The archway at the end of the dining room takes you into the fully tiled kitchen with wooden units and marble worktop. There is a fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, saucepans, cutlery, crockery and glasses.

The glass door to the side of the kitchen leads out into the galleria area with washing machine and hot water heater.

Off of the living room and through the archway will take you to the main bedroom and bathroom.

The main bedroom has air-conditioning, a double bed, 2 bedside tables with drawers, fitted wardrobe, hangers, 2 bedside lamps, chest of drawers (inside wardrobe), picture, floor standing fan, 5 pillows. The window, with curtains, looks out onto the front of the property.

The main bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain, toilet, bidet, sink, vanity unit, mirror, bin, rubber bath mat, towel rail, towel ring. The window looks out onto the side of the property.

Off of the living/dining room there is a door which takes you into the second bedroom which has 2 single beds, 1 bedside table with drawer, lamp, fitted wardrobe with hangers, picture, 4 pillows, floor standing fan, chest of drawers (inside wardrobe). The window, with curtains, looks out onto the side of the property.

Going back out of the property and to the side of the property you have stairs that lead up to the roof top solarium with views of the sea and Torrevieja. The rooftop solarium has a patio table, 2 chairs and 4 sunloungers.

This property is situated in the same row as the communal swimming pool, four villas away. You are not able to see the pool from the property.

Additional items in the property: Gas bbq with cover and cooking utensils, 2 torches, clothes airer, iron, ironing board and parasol and base.

The property is cleaned prior to your arrival and bed linen and towels (not beach pool towels) are provided.

The villa is suitable for families, couples, golfers and elderly. There is one step leading from the road to the pathway and a step into the property.

Pets are not allowed, the villa is non-smoking, smoking is permitted outside only.

Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.

Hot/cold air-conditioning is an optional extra.

Walking distance from the property you have ….

Two supermarkets; Mercadona and Consum. Mercadona is a Spanish supermarket, Consum sells Spanish and English products.

There are other supermarkets on the N332, between 15-25 minutes walk, including Mas y Mas, Carrefour and Aldi.

There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 15 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Chinese and Indian restaurant, several English bars, including Maddison’s Sports Bar a Quicksave supermarket, Butterflies tea room and the Post Room which offers internet access.

Via Park 5, 20 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Stallions a la carte, Sally's fish and chips, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.

You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Rogues carvery and Rogues Fish bar. Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week.

Overlooking the sea, at Punta Prima, you have the Nautilus restaurant and Punta Prima Restaurant - both highly recommended.

The Rocajuna bar, approx 20 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment (curry night is Wednesday!)

Punta Prima beach, is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bar during the summer months, approximately 20 minute walk.

Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

Driving distance from the property you have ….

4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.

The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive away.

Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are a 10 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre.

There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between May and September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.

Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

Markets ….

There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20-25 minute walk (10 minutes drive).

Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

Transport ….

There is an hourly bus service to Torrevieja (all year round), and during the summer months there is a bus service from the Consum supermarket to the local beaches.

There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is quite easy.

A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.

A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.

A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!

Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided.

Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.

Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.

If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
