There is a gate which opens onto the balcony, with patio table and 4 chairs. Through the wooden front door you have the living/dining room with three seater sofa bed, armchair, flat screen TV with English TV channels, DVD player and a selection of DVD's, coffee table, clock, lamp, mirror, pictures, air conditioning, wooden dining table, and 4 wooden dining chairs. Through the archway you have the fully tiled and fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, crockery for 6, cutlery, cooking utensils. There are 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom is situated facing the front of the property and has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, hangers, ceiling fan, mirror and picture. The second bedroom has bunk beds and a single bed, fitted wardrobe with hangers, mirror and ceiling fan. The bathroom has a bath with over the bath shower, sink, mirror, bidet, cabinet and toilet. To get to the roof solarium, carry on up the spiral staircase. The roof solarium is private and for the use of guests of this property only. Additional items in the property include; Hairdryer, 2 clothes airers, 2 irons, ironing board, parasol and base, 4 sunloungers. For children: High chair, travel cot, cot net, cot blanket, cot sheet, bottle sterlizer and brush, toybox, baby play mat, childrens games, lego set. There are 2 communal pools for your use. You are a short walk to two supermarkets; Consum (which is the closest) and Mercadona. There are lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the complex Via Park 3 with a variety of English restaurants and bars as well as a Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Spud Murphy's fish and chip restaurant, Butterflies tea room, Maddison's Sports Bar a Quicksave supermarket and the Post Room which has internet access. Via Park 5 is about a 5-10 minute walk from Via Park 3 with a Chinese restaurant, English supermarket, bars - including The Cavern Pub. Sally's Fish and Chips and a really nice Wine bar - All Bar Sue. You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has two Chinese restaurants, an Indian restaurant, German restaurant, Rogues carvery, Puccini's Italian restaurant and Patio Andaluz a really nice Spanish restaurant. Punta Prima beach is about a 20 minute walk. Golf courses are approximately 10-15 minutes drive. There are 4 courses; Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor and La Finca (at Algorfa). There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the villa; La Mata, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras. The town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive. The area also has a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis - open May - September), Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park. Jet skiing (summer only) at Campoamor. Horse-riding, go-karting on the N332 near Playa Flamenca, all within a 10 minute drive. A car would be recommended, but not essential. An airport pickup service can be arranged if required, or car hire. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive. There is a bus service to Torrevieja which is hourly. During July and August there is a bus that will take you to the local beaches. The bus stop is a 5 minutes walk, outside the Consum supermarket. An ideal location for family holidays or golfers.
