The apartment is situated in Jumilla II, a tranquil gated development set around a spacious communal pool and garden. The apartment is on level 3 of 4, overlooks the swimming pool and has views of the Mediterranean on the horizon. Parking is available at the front of the property. The roof is a communal sun terrace, perfect for sun bathing. Beaches, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. An information pack is provided in the apartment to help you find your way around the area and give you ideas for things to do.

The apartment is accessed via outside stairs or lift. The apartment contains lounge / diner, kitchen, master bedroom with en suite shower room, twin bedroom, bathroom and balcony.

The lounge / dining room has a 3-seater sofa bed, a 2-seater sofa, an armchair and a coffee table. There is a wall unit with TV (local network), DVD and stereo (please bring your own DVDs, CD’s and cassettes). The dining table provides comfortable seating for 6, and can be extended. There are two fans in the ceiling.

The kitchen is fully tiled and equipped with washing machine, fridge / freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, filter coffee machine and kettle.

The master bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and reading lights, there is a built-in wardrobe with hanging space and shelves and a ceiling fan. In the en suite there is an enclosed fully tiled walk-in shower area, wash basin with vanity unit, large mirror and toilet.

The twin bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table and reading lights. There is a built-in wardrobe with hanging space and shelves and a ceiling fan.

The bathroom has a full size bathtub with shower over, wash basin with vanity unit, large mirror, bidet and toilet.

The balcony outside the living area has a table, patio chairs and 4 sun-loungers, which you are welcome to take to the pool area or to the sun terrace on the roof. (Please remember to bring them back again.)

Smoking is allowed on the balcony.

In the apartment you will also find a safe, hairdryer, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.

The apartment is 5-10 minutes walk from the nearest shops, restaurants, bars and a bank at La Florida and 20-30 minutes walk from the blue flag beaches of Playa Flamenca. The Flamenca Beach Centre with numerous restaurants and bars is about 15 minutes walk away.

The locally renowned (well worth a visit!) Saturday market is a 15-minute walk.
There are 4 golf courses within 10-15 minutes drive.

The town of Torrevieja is a 10-15 minute drive. You can also catch the bus at approximately hourly intervals opposite the Orihuela Costa Town Hall near the Flamenca Beach Centre.

Horse-riding and summer time Jet-Skiing are available at Campoamor, the drive takes about 15 minutes.

Driving from Alicante airport takes about 40 minutes and from Murcia about 30 minutes.

The property is cleaned prior to your arrival and bed linen and towels (except for beach & pool towels) are provided. The apartment is fully equipped with lightweight duvets; if you prefer traditional sheets and blankets, please state your preference when booking.

The apartment is suitable for families, friends, couples and golfers but please leave your pets at home.

Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability. Long term lets are available all year.

Additional Information:

A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Changeovers anyday of the week.

A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine to get your holiday off to a good start!

A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

Beach towels, travel cot and high chair can be provided at an additional charge.

Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit or debit card.

Euro payments accepted, please e-mail for price.

Car hire or airport transfer can be arranged.

If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.00pm and 08.00am there will be an additional late arrival charge, payable on arrival at the property.
