There are a flight of spiral steps that take you up to this first floor property, with a lockable gate at the top, ideal for families with young children.
The living/dining room has two 2 seater sofas, sideboard, TV with English channels, wooden coffee table and a fold-up wooden dining table.
The tiled kitchen with units has a large fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine.
A hot and cold air-conditioning unit is located above the rear door, giving you a cool (or warm!) kitchen and living room. Air-conditioning is an optional extra and can be provided at an additional cost.
Access to the roof top solarium is via the door in the kitchen and accessed by a spiral staircase.
The master bedroom has two single beds, bedside lamp, mirror, bedside cabinet, chair, fitted wardrobe, hangers and ceiling fan light.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, bedside lamp, ceiling fan light, fitted wardrobe and hangers.
There is a fully tiled bathroom with bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain, toilet, sink and bidet.
The roof has sunloungers and a table and chairs.
There is a communal pool a minutes walk from the apartment.
The apartment is cleaned on your departure, bed linen and towels are provided. (Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional charge).
A car is recommended when staying at this apartment for seeing the local area. However there are a variety of bars and restaurants in walking distance.
No smoking in the apartment, no pets.
The apartment is suitable for families, couples and golfers.
Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia airport being 35 minutes drive.

Additional Information:
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
A grocery pack can be put in the property for your arrival, details will be provided on the booking form.
Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.
Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
