The 2 bedroom property is alarmed and has a rooftop solarium. Walk in through the gate and you have the garden area with small palm tree and gated driveway which has been laid with small stones. Go down the pathway and two steps takes you up onto the porch area which has a patio table and four chairs. Go through the front door and you have the living/dining room which is furnished with a 3 seater sofabed, 2 seater sofa, unit with TV, DVD player, video player and a selection of video’s (including films for children), stereo, wooden coffee table, ceiling fan light, mirror, pictures, dining table, 4 dining chairs and sideboard. Air conditioning. The archway at the end of the dining room takes you into the fully tiled kitchen, with fridge/freezer, electric oven, hob, kettle and toaster. The glass door to the side of the kitchen takes you into the galleria area with washing machine and hot water heater. Go through the archway leading off of the living room takes you through to the main bedroom and bathroom. The main bedroom has 2 single beds, 3 drawer bedside cabinet, lamp, fitted wardrobe and hangers. The window looks out onto the front of the property. The main bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, toilet, bidet, sink and window. Off of the living dining room there is a door which takes you into the second bedroom which has 2 single beds, 3 drawer beside cabinet, lamp, fitted wardrobe with hangers. Going back out of the property and to the side of the property you have stairs that lead up to the roof top solarium with views of the sea and Torrevieja. A spectacular view especially when dark. The rooftop solarium has a patio table and 4 chairs, 5 sunloungers, shower, plant plots with artificial flowers. There are 2 heaters for the winter and 2 fans for the summer. There are 2 communal pools for your use. Pets are not allowed. The villa is non-smoking. Smoking permitted outside only. Rental periods anyday of the week, subject to availability. The villa is suitable for families, couples, golfers and elderly. There is one step leading from the road to the pathway and a small step into the property. The property is cleaned on your departure. Mercadona is a Spanish supermarket, Consum sells Spanish and English products. There are other supermarkets on the N332, between 15-25 minutes walk, including Mas y Mas, Carrefour and Aldi. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 15 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Chinese and Indian restaurant, several English bars, including Maddison’s Sports Bar a Quicksave supermarket, Butterflies tea room and the Post Room which offers internet access. Via Park 5, 20 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Stallions a la carte, Sally's fish and chips, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars. You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Rogues carvery and Rogues Fish bar. Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week. Overlooking the sea, at Punta Prima, you have the Nautilus restaurant and Punta Prima Restaurant - both highly recommended. The Rocajuna bar, approx 20 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment (curry night is Wednesday!) Punta Prima beach, is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bar during the summer months, approximately 20 minute walk. Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive. Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine. There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras. Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away. The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive away. Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are a 10 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre. Transport …. There is an hourly bus service to Torrevieja (all year round), and during the summer months there is a bus service from the Consum supermarket to the local beaches. There is a taxi rank at the Consum supermarket so obtaining a taxi is quite easy. A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further. An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive. Car hire can be organised, on booking, if required.
