The one double and one twin bedroom sleeps up to 4 people. There is seating in the conservatory at the front of the property, an absolute ideal place to read that book you bought at the airport. The fully furnished lounge/dining room has English satellite TV, 3 seater and 2 seater settee, glass coffee table, occasional table, dining table and 4 chairs, pictures, and ceiling fan light. The kitchen is situated to the rear of the living room and has granite worktops, microwave, electric oven and hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, water heater and washing machine. The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets with 4 drawers in each, bedside lamps, wall heater, and French windows that lead out on to a balcony, with a view of the pretty pebble garden at the rear of the property. The twin bedroom has two single beds, a bedside cabinet with 4 drawers, bedside lamp ceiling fan, a large wardrobe and matching cabinet. The fully tiled bathroom comprises wash basin, illuminated vanity unit, toilet, large shower cubicle, and plenty of cupboard space. The property has a rooftop solarium, which has views of the green area, 2 sunloungers, table and chairs. The shaped communal pool with water feature is less than a minutes walk away (you are unable to see children in the pool from the townhouse), the area is spacious, lawned and has seating. Bed linen and towels (not beach towels) will be provided. The apartment is purpose cleaned and laundered before each rental (which is included in the price) and you will be met at the property on your arrival to show you how things work and to answer any queries you might have. There is a clothes airer, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, blankets and also a small safe is provided to store any valuables during your stay. The apartment is situated just a 5 minute drive or 15 minute stroll to a variety of Mediterranean Blue Flag award beaches. If you want a round of golf there are locally 3 excellent golf courses Los Rambles, Campaomor and Villa Martin. Villa Martin is 3 kilometres away with a wide range of restaurants and bars. There are also some retail shops, not forgetting the parrots that fly around the square nesting in the palm trees. Torrevieja is 10 minutes away by car and is a delightful all year round Spanish town boasting a marina, waterfront market, street artists and entertainers, boats, cafes, bistros, bars and restaurants. The superb palm-lined promenade and harbour boardwalk is the ideal place. Supermarkets, including Quicksave English supermarket, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Alicante airport is about a 40 minute drive. Murcia airport is about a 30 minute drive. Suitable for families and golfers. Pets not allowed. There are stairs, so unsuitable for disabled or people with wheelchairs. There is a No smoking policy in the apartment but smoking is permitted on the solarium where ashtrays are provided.
