Playa Flamenca, is situated on the Orihuela Costa approximately 45 minutes drive south of Alicante airport and 10 minutes south of Torrevieja. It is close to a variety of sandy, Mediterranean Blue Flag Beaches where many water sports are available and 3 superb Golf Courses including Villamartin. The property itself is within easy walking distance of numerous shops, bars and restaurants that cater for all tastes.

This spacious apartment, on the top floor of a three-storey building has two bedrooms.

The main bedroom has twin beds, ceiling fan lights, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror plus a full length cheval mirror and hairdryer. The bedroom has patio doors that lead onto the double terrace with patio furniture and 2 sunloungers.

The second bedroom has ceiling fan light, twin beds, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and mirror.

The lounge/diner is comfortably furnished with a settee and sofa bed, wall unit, dining table and chairs, coffee table, Radio/CD player and TV offering English and Sky channels. The living/dining room leads onto a large south facing double terrace with unrestricted views where there is ample room for sunbathing and al fresco dining.

The American style kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. The washing machine, iron, ironing board, hoover and clothes drier can be found in the utility room.

The bathroom is fully tiled with bath, shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.

A safe is provided for your use.

There is a large communal residents only swimming pool.

Private car parking is available in front of the apartment block.

No pets please and smoking is restricted to the balcony only.

Not suitable for wheelchair users as there is no lift.

The apartment is just a few minutes drive from the N332 coastal road offering easy access to the motorway and to both Alicante and St Javier (Murcia) airports. Murcia is about 25 minutes away and Alicante about 45 minutes.

There are 5 beautiful beaches within easy walking distance or 5 minutes in the car.

The nearest large supermarket, Mercadona is just a short walk away.

There are 2 commercial centres Via Park I and II and Playa Flamenca both within 5/10 minutes walk offering a wide range of bars and restaurants including Spanish, Chinese, Italian, Tex-Mex, Irish and English bars.

A Spanish market is held every Saturday just around the corner a must for bargain hunters.

Villamartin Plaza is another commercial centre just a little further away which also has a wide range of international cuisine.

Torrevieja itself has a large market and there is also a craft market on the seafront each day. It has a very cosmopolitan feel with many good inexpensive restaurants and bars to choose from and is well worth a daytime or evening visit.

Additional Information:

A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

Rates commence from the first night of your stay.

The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.

A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.

Welcome packs can be provided for your arrival – Standard €15: tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine.

Car hire from Alicante or Murcia airport can be arranged.

Airport transfer from Alicante or Murcia airport can be arranged.

Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.

If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
