The living/dining room leads onto a large south facing double terrace with unrestricted views where there is ample room for sunbathing and al fresco dining. The American style kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. The nearest large supermarket, Mercadona is just a short walk away. There are 2 commercial centres Via Park I and II and Playa Flamenca both within 5/10 minutes walk offering a wide range of bars and restaurants including Spanish, Chinese, Italian, Tex-Mex, Irish and English bars. A Spanish market is held every Saturday just around the corner a must for bargain hunters. Villamartin Plaza is another commercial centre just a little further away which also has a wide range of international cuisine. Torrevieja itself has a large market and there is also a craft market on the seafront each day. It has a very cosmopolitan feel with many good inexpensive restaurants and bars to choose from and is well worth a daytime or evening visit.
