The living/dining room comprises wall unit, coffee table, 3 seater sofa bed (which sleeps 2), armchair, dining table and 4 chairs, sideboard, lamp, pictures, TV with English channels (BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Sky Sports, Sky Movies etc) and DVD player, stereo. Please take your own DVD’s and CD’s. The fully tiled kitchen is equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, saucepans, frying pan, crockery and cutlery. The rear door, takes you out into the galleria area with washing machine. The bathroom has a bath with over the bath shower, toilet, bidet, sink and mirror with lights. The main bedroom has double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with 3 drawers, a chest of 5 drawers, fitted wardrobe, curtains, hangers and bedside lamps. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, 1 bedside cabinet with 3 drawers, a chest of 5 drawers, fitted wardrobe, curtains, hangers and bedside lamp. There is a patio table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining. Additional items; alarm, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, safe, clothes airer, 3 small fan heaters. English bed linen (sheets, quilts and English pillows), towels (bath, hand and t-towels) are provided. Beach towels can be provided for an additional laundry charge. No smoking in the apartment, smoking permitted on the patio area. No pets. Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms, there is an additional charge of 35 Euros per week if you require air-conditioning. Parking is available on the road. There is a communal swimming pool. Easy walking distance from the apartment are 3 supermarkets, Consum, Mercadona and Mas y Mas. Next to Mas y Mas is AltoMar bar and restaurant - Spanish owned but has a variety of meals - burgers, fish, meat, pasta etc. Via Park 3 commercial centre has English restaurants and bars, a Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant and a British supermarket (Olivers - Quicksave) and is a 10-15 minute walk. Via Park 5 is a 15-20 minute walk with a Chinese restaurant, Sally's Fish and Chip shop/take away, Stallions restaurante - excellent English menu, The Cavern pub, All Bar Sue Wine Bar. There are restaurants and bars on the N332 which is also in walking distance - Rogues carvery, Rogues fish bar, Puccini Italian restaurant, Ghandi Indian, 2 Chinese restaurants, Pizza restaurant. Golf courses are approximately 10-15 minutes drive. There are 4 courses; Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor and La Finca (at Algorfa). There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the apartment; Punta Prima (approx 25 minute walk), La Mata, Los Neufragos, Playa Cura, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras. The town of Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive. A car is recommended, but not essential. An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 40 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive. The bus service to Torrevieja is hourly, and the bus stop is outside the Consum supermarket. Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.
