This 2 bedroom apartment is situated 2 mins walk from the sea at Punta Prima. Close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and bus stop.

The property is located in a luxury gated complex with 3 swimming pools, 1 which is heated. The complex has been laid to grass with pathways, trees and flowers.

The property has views of the mini golf course, sea, and overlooks one of the three communal pools.

The property comprises kitchen, living room, balcony, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms.

The property is situated on the 2nd floor so has great views of the pool, sea and mini golf course and access to the apartment is via lift or stairs. The property has an intercom to allow visitors into the complex.

Through the front door you have the living room and kitchen.

The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, stainless steel sink, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, kettle and toaster.

The living/dining room has a wooden dining table and 4 dining chairs, two 2 seater sofas, wall unit, wooden coffee table, portable TV with English, German and French viewing channels (you won't need to miss your soaps whilst on holiday!).

Leading off of the living room you have the balcony with 4 patio chairs and patio table.

The main bedroom has a double bed, large fitted wardrobe, hangers, 2 bedside cabinets with 3 drawers in each, bedside lights. Large window and en-suite bathroom with bath, over the bath shower, large mirror which has been built into the tiling, toilet, sink and a window.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, large fitted wardrobe with hangers, bedside cabinet with 3 drawers, bedside light, uplighters, large window.

The bathroom has a bath with over the bath shower, toilet, large mirror incorporated into the tiling and sink.

The complex has 3 pools for your use, 1 of which is heated. There are also 2 smaller pools available.

The outside communal area has been landscaped with grass, trees, plants and flowers.

There is an information pack of things to do in the area, restaurants etc.

The property is cleaned on your departure. Bed linen and towels provided (beach towels can be provided at a small additional charge).

Non-smoking in the property, smoking permitted outside. No pets.

Welcome grocery packs are available available so if your flight arrives late, on a Sunday out of season or if you would like a cup of tea before setting off to do your shopping then we can provide items for your arrival.

Supermarkets are generally open 9.15-9.15 Monday - Saturday. Sunday only in the summer.

Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.

You would not require a car when staying at this property.

    THE AREA:

    Punta Prima Commercial centre approx 5 mins walk with Plus and Eroski supermarkets. Wok Buffet (Chinese) restaurant, Captain's Table restaurant (fish and chips, Sunday roasts and breakfasts), Amigos bar, Chinese restaurant, Greta Garbos restaurant, Subway, English clothes shop, electrical shop, cosmetics shop.

    Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with Flemenco dancing 2-3 times a week.

    Mercadona supermarket is approx 2 mins drive.

    Punta Prima beach and Nautilus restaurant approximately 2 mins walk. Larger beach area approx 10 mins walk.

    On the N332 you have several restaurants; Rogues Carvery, Rogues fish bar, Puccini Italian, German, Ghandi Indian, 2 Chinese restaurants (including Dinastia) and several bars.

    Torrevieja town approx 10 mins drive with shopping complex; Las Habaneras, Waterpark, Pacha nightclub, casino, ten pin bowling, marina, submarine, boat trips. You can walk to Torrevieja, it takes about 30 mins along the coast. There is a bus service with buses going hourly that will take you into Torrevieja.

    Murcia airport approx 30 mins drive. Alicante approx 45 mins drive.

    A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

    The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

    Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.

    A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

    You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

    A grocery pack can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late night arrivals, bank holidays or Sundays out of season when most supermarkets are shut.

    Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.

    Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.

    Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.

    If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.

    We do not charge you an additional cost the clean on your departure, unlike many operators.
