The property comprises double bedroom, twin bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The property has a communal swimming pool. It is located 15-20 mins walk to Via Park IV with its variety of restaurants and bars, 20 mins walk from the beach, 5 mins walk to the nearest supermarket and 30 mins drive from Alicante airport. The property is on the 3rd floor and can be accessed by either stairs or a lift. The property has wheelchair/pushchair ramps on the outside of the property, but you will need to use the lift once inside the building to get to the 3rd floor. The living dining room has hot and cold air-conditioning, leather 5 seater corner sofa with cushions, wooden coffee table, wooden dining table and rattan effect chairs, cabinet, nest of 3 tables, lamp, mirror, rug, rattan blinds at the windows and doors. For entertainment you have a Television with English TV channels (approx 30) – BBC1 & 2, ITV 1-3, Channel 4 & 5, Sky Sports, Sky Movies, Sky One, Sky News etc, approx 15 radio stations, DVD player (please bring your own DVD’s). Stereo (please bring your own CD’s). The owners of the property are pianists and have in the living room a Wagner Professional Upright Piano and stool, which we would request be used only for guests that can play the piano. Off of the living room you have the balcony with patio table and 4 chairs and overlooks the dune landscape "Parque de Alfonso XII". The fully fitted and tiled kitchen has an electric ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils. The water heater and washing machine is situated in the galleria area located through the kitchen door. The main bedroom has a double bed, air-conditioning, 2 bedside cabinets each with 3 drawers, 2 bedside lamps, alarm clock, chest of 4 drawers (in wardrobe), duvet, blankets for the winter months, rattan blind, fitted mirrored door wardrobes with hangers. The second bedroom with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe with hangers, bedside cabinet with 3 drawers, duvets, lamp, chest of 5 drawers, mirror, blankets for the winter, rattan blind. The fully tiled bathroom has a sink with vanity unit, mirror with lights, bidet, toilet, bath with over the bath shower. Bed linen and towels will be provided for your arrival and changed on your departure, there is no cleaning provided during your stay. Beach towels can be provided for an additional laundry charge. Additional items in the property include: clothes airer and pegs, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, 2 sunloungers. The apartment is non-smoking, smoking permitted on the balcony. No pets. Rentals anyday of the week subject to availability. This is a really well equipped and elegantly furnished apartment. A parking space is allocated inside the gated complex. A car would not be essential in staying at this apartment, but for you to visit the surrounding areas a car would be advisable. The Area ..... Walking distance from the property you have …. A Mas y Mas supermarket which about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. At Via Park IV, approx 15 minutes walk there are 2 Chinese restaurants; 1 is a Wok Buffet (help yourself to your food then take it to the chef who will cook it in front of you with your choice of Chinese sauce). The other is a traditional Chinese restaurant. An Indian restaurant, Mexican restaurant, Hungarian restaurant and a cafe. Cam bank is approximately an 8 minute walk. The town of Guardamar, which is typically Spanish is about a 10 minute walk with a variety of shops, bars, restaurants and banks. The golden sandy Guardamar beach, which has Blue flag status, and is maybe one of the best beaches in Spain, and extremely popular in the summer is approximately 20-25 minutes walk from the property. Guardamar market is held every Wednesday morning 8am til 1pm and there are approximately 450 stalls. There is a nightly market 9pm til midnight that runs from the town hall to the beach - approximately 40 stalls. The property looks onto the Alfonso XIII park, with pine, palm and eucalyptus trees, where visitors can enjoy cool, refreshing strolls even on the hottest of days. The recently developed port area of Marina de las Dunas (approx 20 mins walk) has 494 moorings and all the services and facilities of a top-ranking marina. It also offers 2 kilometres of the new navigable river course for small boats, a risk-free place for sea sports. Guardamar offers you every possible sea sport such as sailing, windsurfing, water-skiing, fishing, underwater diving, canoeing, jet skiing, etc. Driving distance from the property you have …. 5 golf courses; Quesada, La Finca at Algorfa, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive. Torrevieja town is approximately 20 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine. Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, sports shop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 20 minutes drive away. The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 20 minute drive away. Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are a 20 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre. There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park. Markets …. There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. The closest being Guardamar on a Wednesday. Campo de Guardamar street market on a Sunday morning. A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further. An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 30 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 45 minutes drive. Car hire and airport transfer can be organised, on booking, if required.
