Outside the property you have stairs that lead up to the roof solarium with a storage cupboard with patio table and 4 chairs, 2 relaxing chairs and a parasol. There is a communal pool located to the rear of the property (you are unable to see the pool from the property). No smoking, no pets. The property is situated a short walking distance from a commercial complex with bars, restaurants, Aldi supermarket and a bank. Beaches are from 5 mins drive. Approx 15 mins drive you have .... The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf, restaurants. Las Habaneras shopping centre, with 3 storeys of shops. Aquapolis water park, pitch and putt. Villamartin golf club, Royal Campoamor golf club and Las Ramblas golf club are a short drive away (approx 5 mins). Elche where you will discover the world of Palm trees (one of the great collections in the world) is 45km. Alicante, the capital of the Costa Blanca and a great place to shop, eat, explore and has a lovely marina is 55km. Benidorm, where you will also find Terra Mitca theme park which is a great day out. Mundomar etc is 85km. Approximately 45 mins drive from Alicante airport or 30 mins from Murcia airport. Car hire or airport transfer can be arranged if required. If you do not want to drive from either airport but require a car we are able to provide an airport collection service with car hire at the property. A car would be advisable when staying at this property.
