The property comprises double bedroom, twin bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The property has the use of a communal swimming pool. It is located within 10 mins walk to Via Park IV with its variety of restaurants and bars, 20 mins walk from the beach, 2 mins walk to the nearest supermarket and 30 mins drive from Alicante airport. The property is on the 3rd floor and can be accessed by either stairs or 2 lifts. The living dining room has optional hot and cold air-conditioning, three seater sofa, leather effect chair, wooden coffee table, wooden dining table and 4 chairs, lamp, mirror, pictures, rug. For entertainment you have a Television with English channels – BBC1 & 2, ITV 1-3, Channel 4 & 5, Sky Sports, Sky Movies, Sky One, Sky News etc a DVD player (please bring your own DVD’s). Stereo (please bring your own CD’s). Off of the living room you have the balcony with patio table and 4 chairs and overlooks the river. The fully fitted and tiled kitchen, with window, has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The main bedroom has a double bed optional air-conditioning, 2 bedside cabinets each with 3 drawers, 2 bedside lamps, blanket for the winter months, fitted wardrobe with hangers, pictures. The second bedroom with 2 single beds, stand alone wardrobe with hangers, bedside cabinet with 3 drawers and a lamp. The fully tiled bathroom has a sink with vanity unit, mirror with lights, bidet, toilet, bath with over the bath shower. Bed linen and towels will be provided for your arrival and changed on your departure, there is no cleaning provided during your stay. Beach towels can be provided for an additional laundry charge. Items in the property include: 2 beach chairs, beach games, clothes airer (laundry can be dried on the communal roof solarium). At Via Park IV, approx 10 minutes walk there are 2 Chinese restaurants; 1 is a Wok Buffet (help yourself to your food then take it to the chef who will cook it in front of you with your choice of Chinese sauce). The other is a traditional Chinese restaurant. An Indian restaurant, Mexican restaurant, Hungarian restaurant and a cafe. Cam bank is approximately an 8 minute walk. The town of Guardamar, which is typically Spanish is about a 10 minute walk with a variety of shops, bars, restaurants and banks. The golden sandy Guardamar beach, which has Blue flag status, and is maybe one of the best beaches in Spain, and extremely popular in the summer is approximately 20-25 minutes walk from the property. Guardamar market is held every Wednesday morning 8am til 1pm and there are approximately 450 stalls. There is a nightly market 9pm til midnight that runs from the town hall to the beach - approximately 40 stalls. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine. Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, sports shop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 20 minutes drive away. The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 20 minute drive away. Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are a 20 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre.
