A well appointed two bedroom double glazed ground floor apartment which leads on to a beautiful rounded terrace where you will find a table and four chairs, ideal for al fresco dining., you will also find two recliner chairs. The apartment is situated in popular Playa Flamenca within walking distance to Flamenca Beach commercial centre where there are many bars and restaurants.

The apartment sleeps up to four people consisting of two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The double bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, two bedside cabinets, dressing table, full length mirror, bedside lamps, Cooling fan and leads into a fully tiled bathroom en suite which consists of bath, shower, wash basin and illuminated vanity unit. The single bedroom has two pine single beds, bedside cabinet, table lamp, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan.

The fully furnished lounge has a beautifully wooden carved floor standing wall unit, English satelite TV, DVD player, stereo system, a leather suite consisting of a 3 seater settee and two reclining chairs, glass coffee table, a nest of tables, dining table and four chairs, pictures and lamps, everything you need to feel home from home.

The kitchen is situated off the living room and has granite worktops, microwave, electric oven and hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine and a utility area just off the kitchen which can be useful for storage.

The fully tiled bathroom comprises of wash basin, illuminated vanity unit, toilet and shower cubicle.

There is hot and cold air conditioning in the apartment if required at an additional cost of 28 Euros per week (£20).

The large shaped communal pool with water feature is less than a minute walk from the apartment and there is a separate pool for youngsters (you are unable to see children in the pool from the townhouse); the area is spacious, lawned and has seating.

Bed linen and towels (not beach towels) will be provided. The apartment is purpose cleaned and laundered before each rental (which is included in the price) and you will be met at the property on your arrival to show you how things work, and to answer any queries you may have. In the apartment there is an iron, ironing board, clothes airer, blankets, hairdryer and a small safe is also provided to store valuables during your stay.

The apartment is situated just a five minute drive or 15 minute stroll to a variety of Mediterranean Blue Flag award beaches.

If you want a round of golf there are three excellent golf courses Las Ramblas, Campaomor and Villa Martin. Las Ramblas and Campoamor are a ten minute drive. Villa Martin is a 5 minute drive by car, and in the plaza there is a wide range of restaurants and bars. There are also some retail shops, not forgetting the parrots that fly around the square nesting the palm trees.

Torrevieja is ten minutes away by car and is a delightful all year round Spanish town boasting a marina, waterfront market, street artists and entertainers, boats, cafes, bistros, bars and restaurants. The superb palm lined promenade and harbour boardwalk is the ideal place.

Supermarkets, including an English supermarket, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance.

Alicante airport is about a 40 minute drive. Murcia airport is slightly closer being approximately 30 minutes.

Suitable for families and golfers. Pets not allowed. There are four steps onto the terrace so could be unsuitable for disabled people with wheelchairs.

There is no smoking in the apartment. Ashtrays are provided however for smokers who wish to smoke on the terrace.

The prices below are based on 2 sharing. Each additional person will be an extra £10/€14 per week.

The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning which will be an extra £20/€28 per week.

A non-refundable booking deposit of £50.00 per week is required to secure booking.

The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be provided at €15

A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

Beach/pool towels, travel cot and high chair can be provided at an additional charge.
